Booking

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season (March–June and September–November). However, we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines reach out and we'll check for you!

Catering

Can we bring our own caterer?
Absolutely! While we have a list of preferred caterers who know our venue beautifully, you're welcome to bring your own licensed and insured caterer. We just ask that they follow our venue guidelines.
Do you allow outside alcohol?
Alcohol service is flexible to fit your needs. You’re welcome to bring your own beverages; however, a licensed bartender is required (we’re happy to recommend one), and all service must comply with Texas TABC regulations.

Day-Of

What happens if it rains?
Texas weather keeps us on our toes! We have a beautiful, covered pavilion that serves as a rain backup for ceremonies, and our event space is fully covered. Your coordinator will work with you on a weather contingency plan leading up to your day.

General

Is there on-site parking?
Yes! We have complimentary parking for up to 150 vehicles on our property, with designated spots for the wedding party and accessibility parking.
